We are looking for dreamers and doers from diverse backgrounds to join our team and assist in our daily operations pertaining to talent management, talent scouting, social media management, and creative marketing. You will have an opportunity to play a key role in our growth, while ensuring our operations run smoothly.

Note: This role is fully remote, making it accessible to applicants from anywhere in the United States.

The Opportunity:

What you would be doing:

  • Collaborate closely with a Talent Manager

  • Pitch talent to brands

  • Identify and scout promising new talent

  • Assist with social media activities

  • Updating internal files

  • Coordinate and support Frankie-led social events

  • Conduct targeted research related to clients

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possess a passion for the world of social media and digital marketing

  • Have a proven track record of strong communication skills, organization, and proactive thinking

Compensation:

  • Please note: this role is unpaid
